Terms & Conditions

Welcome to La Visionaria, a six-month private coaching experience offered by The Bitter Woman Network ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing this program, you ("Client") agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Program Overview

La Visionaria is a six-month private coaching program designed to help first-generation Latina leaders strengthen their leadership, reclaim their time, build sustainable systems, and lead with greater clarity and confidence.

Your enrollment includes:

Twelve (12) private coaching sessions (60 minutes each)
Coaching sessions scheduled approximately every other week
Personalized coaching and leadership strategy
Monday through Friday between-session support with responses within approximately 48 business hours
Access to digital resources, worksheets, templates, meditations, and other materials available within the client portal
Any bonuses included at the time of purchase

Program content may evolve over time as materials are updated or improved.

Coaching Relationship

Coaching is a collaborative partnership.

My role is to ask questions, provide guidance, offer tools and accountability, and support your personal and professional growth.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, implementation, and results.

Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Investment & Payment

The investment for La Visionaria is the amount selected during checkout.

If you choose a payment plan:

Payments will automatically process using the payment method provided.
You authorize recurring charges until your balance is paid in full.
Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of coaching sessions, client portal access, and between-session support until your account becomes current.

Selecting a payment plan is a payment convenience and not a month-to-month membership. You remain responsible for the full investment.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of coaching and immediate access to program materials, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for:

Missed sessions
Partial participation
Lack of implementation
Scheduling conflicts
Early withdrawal from the program
Scheduling

Clients are responsible for scheduling coaching sessions.

Sessions should be completed within the six-month coaching period.

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule a coaching session.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be considered forfeited unless otherwise determined by the Company.

Between-Session Support

Between-session support is available Monday through Friday.

Messages are intended for:

Clarifying action steps
Leadership questions
Accountability
Celebrating wins
Brief coaching support

Response time is generally within 48 business hours.

Support is not intended for emergency situations or crisis intervention.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Attend scheduled coaching sessions
Complete agreed-upon action items
Communicate honestly and respectfully
Take ownership of your implementation
Notify the Company of scheduling conflicts as soon as possible
Respect communication boundaries

Coaching works best when clients actively participate.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is important.

Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

If coaching sessions occur virtually, you are responsible for participating from a private environment when possible.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided through La Visionaria remain the intellectual property of The Bitter Woman Network.

This includes but is not limited to:

Coaching frameworks
Worksheets
Templates
Videos
Audio recordings
Guided meditations
Client resources
Training materials

Materials are licensed for your personal use only.

They may not be copied, distributed, shared, reproduced, sold, or taught without written permission.

Client Portal Access

If your purchase includes access to a client portal, access is provided solely for your personal use.

Login credentials may not be shared.

The Company reserves the right to suspend access if these Terms are violated.

Coaching Disclaimer

La Visionaria provides coaching, education, and leadership development.

The program is not therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or any licensed professional service.

If you require mental health support, legal advice, or medical treatment, you agree to seek an appropriately licensed professional.

Results Disclaimer

Every client begins coaching from a different place.

While the program is designed to support meaningful growth, the Company cannot guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to:

Promotions
Salary increases
Business growth
Increased revenue
Improved workplace outcomes
Time savings

Your success depends upon many factors outside the Company's control, including your implementation and individual circumstances.

Assumption of Risk

You understand that personal growth, leadership development, and coaching may involve emotional discomfort, difficult conversations, and behavior change.

You voluntarily participate in the program and accept responsibility for your own decisions and actions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bitter Woman Network shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the program.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the program.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate participation without refund if a Client:

Engages in abusive or threatening behavior
Harasses the Company or others
Violates these Terms
Shares proprietary program materials without permission
Fails to make required payments
Force Majeure

The Company shall not be responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, illness, internet outages, government actions, or other unforeseen events.

Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule coaching sessions when appropriate.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in California.

Agreement

By completing your purchase through ThriveCart, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
